He made my home feel as if it were a million dollar palace with the outside decor, the china plates, the silver serving pieces, REAL wine glasses, and on and on! “Nathan Murphey was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of our new custom home in Anaqua Springs Ranch completed in 2016. Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders. Nathan maintained a very good and trusting relationship with his sub-contractors, and he was able to get things scheduled on a time. We were very impressed with the quality of construction as well as Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail. We are very pleased with the home and enthusiastically recommend Nathan Murphey to anyone considering construction of a custom home. We were so pleased with Nathan that we only considered Evolutionary Homes as a contractor to build a workshop / detached garage in 2019.”

“KC Custom Homes recently completed our dream home in Cordova on Canyon Lake. Our experience from initial contact with Ken Castro and his sons to visualizing our dreams with Rudy, the amazing home designer, were superior to all the custom home stories I had heard. The foundation was poured at the start of June and we moved in at the end of December. Our project manager - Jaime- worked from day 1 to stay on top of the build and ensure each step was done well. The entire process was a positive one and we believe much of that starts with the vision and work ethic of KC Custom Homes and those who work for this company. Were there some bumps- of course- but KC Custom Homes worked through each issue that surfaced. We are so pleased to be in our home and would welcome the chance to talk more about our experience. “I had used KM Builders to remodel a Master Bathroom, paint the Master Bedroom and slightly update a Powder Room (Hallway 1/2 bathroom). The service from start of demolition to the end room was given the attention I needed to meet a time frame and addressed most concerns within hours through the process. I would have liked to see more consistency in the project management from the signing of the contract through the design effort to the demolition start. The initial contract sales project managers did not pull things together and seem to push things off on others. He didn't follow through on items I asked for It took too long from the signing of the contract to getting a start date. He did not provide guidance through the design/selection process. Once the project was in kick off mode, the "construction" project manager was introduced. This construction project manager took about 2 weeks to give me a start date. Then, on the start date of the construction, another project manager was assigned. This project manager did his best to pull together all the loose ends from the previous project managers. I had provided input throughout the construction on what would be better for the customer and thoughts to process improvements for KM Builders. The final project manager was very receptive and addressed each matter professionally and timely. His efforts would make me consider hiring the company again under condition he was the project manager.”

“We have been working with Weston Dean since January of this year. They have worked closely with us to bring about the design and now building of our custom home that has been in our mind and dreams for over 30 years. We found that all the team members have listened closely to what we were saying and have worked to put to paper what we have wanted and planned for these many years. We have interviewed and talked to many builders before we decided to build with Weston Dean. The budget has been very transparent the whole time and they have all worked with us to keep us on track. Of course, there have been a few problems that have come up, and they have been diligent in helping resolve those issues as they occurred. Our construction is moving along very well and on schedule. We are very satisfied with their performance and would recommend them without reservation.”
