“We decided to design and build with housebrand because they had the best communication skills amongst all the builders and architects we interviewed in our research phase. And that stayed true throughout our project. They were very accommodating with the most outrageous questions we had as well as the smallest inquiries, which made all the difference for us. We felt like there was total transparency through the whole project.
We wanted a house that would evolve as our family evolved and housebrand completely understood this. We intend on staying in our house for a long time so quality and design that would transcend trends were very important to us. We knew we were going to get an incredible product, and we are thrilled with the results.
The whole process from design to build was faster than any other builder we know operating in the city, yet they were speedy without compromising on quality. Our site was very challenging to build on and they were very good at communicating issues that arose. We had complete confidence in their problem solving skills and the way things resolved actually made for a better product for us in the end.
Ultimately, they are exceptionally good at, and very smart about what they do. We would build another house with them in a heartbeat if we could, and can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“We recently took possession of our new home here in Calgary, designed and built by sk2. We have to say we were thoroughly impressed by the overall design where modern architecture has met function. Looking at many places throughout the city, sk2's home struck us as one of the highest build qualities and most innovative designs (forward thinking, clean lines and organic feel, but not so radical that it sacrifices the fundamentals of a highly functional space). The fixtures and interior choices were top knotch, and more importantly we can tell there have been limited compromises in the quality of the structure itself. We also appreciate the attention to detail and additional touches of the latest home technologies (such as including an HRV, toe-vac, water filter, sound systems, cat5e, etc...). Bottom line is we have felt that Kishan and team have made every effort not just to sell a product, but design and build a home that they would be excited and proud to live in themselves.
