“We hired Gene Glaze because of his experience and expertise in ADA standards. (We are retired and planning to "age in place.) Turned out to be a great choice. Gene is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He is highly regarded by his subcontractors, and hires the best. His site supervisor and head carpenter, Jeff, is delightful to work with and an outstanding craftsman. We're more than a year out from our major remodel, and I have no complaints or concerns. His designs (three baths, back deck, bedroom updates, extensive electrical work and plumbing) were imaginative and highly functional. His landscaping crew did great work, as did the roofer, concrete mason installing a new pathway from driveway to front doors. Interior painting and exterior siding were executed professionally.”

“I am a Real Estate Broker and my wife and I also buy and rehab homes for resale and to keep in our rental portfolio. Cody and his crew have done several jobs for me personally and for clients of mine. They are great at what they do and I have always achieved nothing but the best and most professional results in each of our projects. Each project was on time, but more importantly on budget. “Deborah Wyatt is a real treasure. She is smart, reliable,organized and detailed. She is totally professional and demands the same from her terrific network of subcontractors. We use Deborah for designs and for project management. She has done many projects for us and every one has exceeded our expectations. She sees things we would never have noticed and proposes solutions. She will not quit until a project, in her opinion, is perfect and, again, requires the same from her subs. Her definition of perfect is much higher than ours! Deborah uses top quality materials and monitors costs carefully. So far she has remodeled our kitchen and master bath, refinished our floors and replaced our foyer staircase. She is currently restaiining our Lindal Cedar home and replacing the inadequate gutters. She is also working wih us to replace all the decking. We have no "however's" but we do have one "head's up." Deborah loves to let her creative juices flow. We like elegant, but simple solutions. You might need to use the reins now and then, but she always puts the customer first and adapts to your style so stick with her during the design phase. ”
