“Jay built our house and Maurica designed the kitchen. We are thrilled with everything. Our house was very challenging, with a lot of strange angles. Plus, Jay started building during the height of winter and still finished on time. Couldn't offer a higher recommendation.”

“Dave Lanoue has a family operation and it comes across in everything he does. Dave is professional, communicative, thoughtful and highly skilled. There is not a person who has entered our home that has not commented on the excellent workmanship. We feel fortunate to have found Dave when interviewing contractors to build our home. He puts a great deal of care and attention into not only the details of the build, but the quality of his relationship with his client. I could not recommend him more highly.”

“Albert Cummings was hired as general contractor for the remodeling of our 19th century carriage barn. He and his wife, Christina, contributed a great deal to the pleasure of this project. Starting with an neglected bldg and restoring it to its magnificent state required many, many problem solving tasks. Responsive to our limited budget, Albert and his crew were simply wonderful to work closely on doing the right things. This building, one of the best in our small town, is a wonder to behold in no small part becuase of what Albert brought to the project. Highly recommend him for contracting and for his blues guitar playing. Amazing guy.”

“A + Construction is a great company. Andy and Brian are very professional. Their quotes are fair, and they stick to them. There are no added fees, unless you and they agree upon them. This is rare in the construction business, where there is a lot of "Oh by the way, this was more than we thought, so we have to charge you more." The quality of their work is fabulous. They are thorough, organized and very neat! They show up on time, and do the work on time. What a change from other contractors that we have hired. We would highly recommend using A+ construction for your next remodeling, masonry or other construction projects.”
