“4G took our wooded lot and made it into more than we ever expected! After moving into the Mooresville, NC area and trying to find that "perfect house" we were at a loss. It wasn't until buying a lot in Falls Cove and meeting with Sam Gandy that we started to think that finally we may have found our answer! We moved into our new home on April 11, 2014 and finally we have our "perfect house". 4G is extremely professional but also make you feel like part of their extended family. They never leave questions or concerns unanswered. They made sure I got what I wanted and always made sure I was happy with every phase of the construction. They made our part very simple it was in no way overwhelming and even let me send them pictures from Pintrest and other websites when I had ideas! Sam and or Quinton were on my job site daily to make sure the progression of my house was where it needed to be. I love my home and I am thankful everyday that I get to live here. I am 1000% happy that we were fortunate enough to get 4G to build our home. It was a fun experience getting to build this house and would always recommend them to any family or friend looking to build their "perfect house".”

“Fleur de Lis Construction did a fantastic job converting my old dungy attached garage into a beautiful new kitchen, dining room, pantry and mud room. They also expanded my laundry room creating a much more functional home. Their work was top notch, kept on budget and the timeline. My wife and I are very pleased with our new space. If you are looking for a skilled honest contractor for a major remodel or complete home build I would not hesitate recommending Keith DiPascal with Fleur de Lis Construction. “We have used Brooks Henderson/Henderson Building Group for two renovations at our home. We were extremely pleased both times. The first was a renovation in our daylight basement of a recreation room and bathroom. They gutted our rec room, creating a stone fireplace, book cases, tile floor, and completely renovated a bathroom adjacent to the space. The second was a renovation of an upstairs bath room, installing new floors, tub surround and cabinets and sinks. We also asked them to add crown moulding in bedrooms and study where there had been none before.”
