“Aspen Ridge Builders recently installed a complete set of replacement windows in our home. Patrick was great to work with, and very accommodating with regards to scheduling and working out the finer details of the project. He squeezed us into a very busy late fall schedule, and made sure that we were taken care of before winter arrived, which was very much appreciated. The entire installation crew was courteous, timely, professional, cleanly, and most importantly, the work that they performed was all high quality. Patrick himself came out a few weeks after completion to tie up a few loose ends and ensure that we were pleased with the results. We have several more big projects planned for the coming years, and Aspen Ridge Builders will certainly be our first, and likely only call.”

“We hired Lorian to upgrade our kitchen and bathroom. Mark and his team did an excellent job. Whether it was coordinating with our cabinet maker or helping us choose flooring for a non-so-straight floor Mark was there to make sure things were done properly. The Lorian team took a thirty year old kitchen and turned it to a bright space where we love to cook. Mark's team also took care of things like old wiring and even an old hornet's nest. We would definitely recommend Lorian. We couldn't be happier with their work.”

“Marcelo and his team did an exceptional job in our home. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the work done. He gave us excellent advice on how to go about the changes made to the house. Throughout the remodeling process, he dealt with electrical, plumbing, framing, siding, HVAC and a few other things. We opened up our entire first floor, remodeled our kitchen, got new floors, remodeled our master bedroom and bathroom just to mention a few things done. It was a big job! and delivered on time. There is no sugar coating he will tell you like it is and not try to up sell you on more. As soon as we made a decision, he was on it, making things happen. He is very responsive and dedicated to the job. He will answer all your questions honestly taking the time explain the process in a professional and courteous manner. The job was done within the price range expected and at a fair price. We had a great experience from begging to end. I wouldn’t hesitate on using them again. I highly recommend New Generation Custom Homes not only for big projects like mine but for small ones too.”
