“We hired ProBuilt Homes to build our new home in Willoughby, Ohio and we're not only ecstatic with the finished result, we couldn't have been more pleased with the entire building process.The ProBuilt staff was always responsive and courteous, happy to answer our questions and address any concerns. “Mark Ange built my home like it was his house. The attention to detail was remarkable ! Always on site and always available when called upon. The workmanship was top notch. Every tradesman was A +. No cutting corners !!!!! I own my own underground construction Co. we do work for ATT , First Energy and Time warner Cable. So I know a little bit about the construction projects. “From the first time we saw the beautiful model home that Kevin built and from our first conversation with him, my husband, Phil and I knew that we had found our builder and wanted no one else to give us our dream home. Our home is well-consrtucted, of the highest quality and built with love. Kevin even told us that his homes are like his children. He is passionate about the homes he builds, but even more important, he is passionate about pleasing his customers. He worked side by side with my husband on all matters. “Our family hired this Contractor/Builder to build an extra garage/barn on our property, with the hopes that someday a pool would be constructed in front of it. To make a long story short, our "barn" turned into an incredible Pool House and we have an amazing vacation property right in our back yard! Every member of this company was pleasant, courteous, professional and went above and beyond to facilitate the completion of our project. They collaborated with the pool company throughout construction to make sure everything was seamless when completed. Joe Sr., Joe Jr. and Melissa were always available for advice and hand-holding as needed. We cannot say enough about their service, craftsmanship, creativity and kindness. Our project is gorgeous, and has been a great entertainment complex for our family and friends. Thank you, MJ Builders!”

This was the second home I had built and I was fearful of the building process because of my past experience with another builder. We interviewed several builders and when me met Pat and his project team we knew he was the right builder for us. Our project went well, we completed on time, and in 6 years we have had no problems with our wonderful home thanks to Pat and his team of professionals.”

“I would highly recommend Manorbrook Homes. A lot of builders/contractors I work with pay close attention to detail however Gary has a great detail to design, he just gets it. You are in good hands on the site because of his aesthetic eye, if a problem arises he always has a solution.”
