“Adaptive Building Solutions helped us do a remodel on our home in 2012. They moved an staircase, expanded a bathroom, and added a closet. We were happy with the work ABS did for us - particularly the lovely built-in woodwork (shelves, bench, etc.). His price was more competitive than others who gave us quotes and was helpful in thinking about ways to adjust the project scope to keep us in budget. He was flexible along the way as we thought of minor additional changes we wanted to make. We would recommend Mike to others.”

“I used Balbes Custom Building for my repair and my remodel of my basement when I had a flood. I was concerned since I just moved into the house. The basement was just redone. Jon Balbes and is crew were amazing! Jon came in and assured me he would get the basement looking good again and he did! Balbes custom building took care of the water damage, put up new drywall and painted. They fixedf thr damaged floor in the bathroom and got the carpet in stalled as well. In addition he referred me to a plubmer that helped with the flood problem in the first place. The work he did was beautiful, in a timely fasion and reasonably priced wi. I would use Balbes Custom building again in a heart beat.”

“Alimoff Building & Development did an exceptional job on my new home. Brian, the builder, worked with me from the beginning and guided me through the process of selecting different options for my home. He first provided guidance on different tile, hardwood and carpet options and helped me find the right light fixtures, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and handles. With each of those selections he made me familiar with the options and helped me keep track of spending to make sure that I do not go over budget. I really appreciate him providing opinion when he considered necessary, yet not being too assertive about it and allowing me to make decision on my own. He pays attention to detail and the quality of work is excellent. He did all the hard work and now I just get to enjoy my newly build home.
