“This is the second major project in a year's time where we have used MLM. The first project was the total renovation of two bath rooms. They both were beautifully finished. The second project was the3 addition of a large screen porch on the rear of the house. The room is 22' X 22'. It has porcelain tile floors, ceiling fans, and can lights on a cathedral ceiling. Machi is very much a professional who stays in close contact with the owners. We recommended him to a neighbor who had him remodel a bathroom. They also were very satisfied.”

“The Parks is a very quiet and high end neighborhood. I love that while most subdivisions have become very bland and repetitive, The Parks is all custom homes. They have requirements that keep all of the houses upscale and looking great. If you are looking for a peaceful and gated community, you should look into The Parks.”

“Kelsi and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for helping us build the home of our dreams. We are pleased with the outcome of our build and have received countless compliments on it. We appreciate you taking the time to meet with us during the budgeting process and at various times throughout the build to address problems as they arose. I know there were a couple of times that we didn‘t like the way parts of the build were going and you encouraged us to pause and think about what we wanted. If we wanted to change something you were always very accommodating and often offered us suggestions when we ran into trouble. Your knowledge of the building process came in handy a few times during our project and we appreciated your input. The overall experience of building our home wasn’t nearly as bad as friends had lead us to believe. While there were times that we didn't see eye to eye on things you were always very professional and ultimately we were able to talk through the issues. We are very happy home owners now and we have you and the Titan team to thank for that Thank you to you and your team.”
