“My experience with WeDeliver Omaha was great from beginning to end. We were building a new house and I wanted to use the IKEA product for our drop area and lower level entertainment area. I received over the phone consults that were genuinly interested in how these items would be used and received options in addition to listening to my own ideas. The delivery of product was above and beyond the call of duty, working with my schedule in mind. We also used this company to install some of the products. The experience was clear in the product knowledge and performance of the product for years to come. Overall I would highly recommend this company and will use them in future projects.”

“Chad/R&A Builders did a fantastic job leading us through the home building process. We really needed an expert who could help guide us through a process we have never been through before, keeping the design intent intact, helping us stay close to our budget, and being realistic with us on cost and value. Any issue we had R&A was receptive and transparent with resolving it. The quality and speed at which their crew(s) worked is second to none. In under 6 months land was purchased, a house designed, built and occupied! I cannot say the stars always align perfectly like this, but they did for us. I looked at other builders in the area and the quality and cost of the house built for us could not have happened with anyone else. I trusted R&A throughout the process and know hey are honest, have integrity, and will not put their name on anything they personally are not proud of. Highly recommended!”

“We window shopped for a home builder and construction ideas for about two years. Throughout this time there was one home that remained consistently our favorite, and that was Al Belt 3153 model. Even better, we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. We have now lived in our new home for six weeks and absolutely do not regret our choice! From the time we signed on until we got the keys it was just over 9 months. During that period, Al and his project managers, and staff were very accessible. We visited the site weekly (if not daily during some weeks) and were always impressed with how attentive and professional everyone was to work with. Al Belt even met with us at the lot to show us hands on and explain important decisions that came up during the construction process. We also really enjoyed working with the interior designer, whose services and time are included in the building costs! Pictures to follow.”

“Best builder by far of 4 new houses we have purchased and only one I'd recommend. Very atuned to our desires, great assistance with color/material selections and responsive to questions. Builder interior designer was outstanding. Quality of the construction work was outstanding (and I'm an engineer), builder had all the subs meet with us on site, all the subs were great, job site clean everynight--all indicators of a builder who really cares. Maybe best of all was the follow-up after we closed--when a couple issues came up, the warrenty response was also outstanding. We love our house and we love our builder. Highly recommend Cherry Ridge!”

“Yoder Construction replaced the sub floor on my three-season porch. I was having the carpet replaced but when it was pulled up the sub floor was disintegrating. I called numerous contractors but either they didn't do stuff like that or else they didn't have time. Bryan was able to come out over his lunch hour and give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I hired him with the understanding that it could be a few weeks before he'd be able to complete the job. However, he finished his current job a day early and so was able to replace my sub floor that same week! Did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would highly recommend him for all your construction needs.”
