“I have never had a home built before, but I was very happy with this builder. I am a pretty demanding customer. I can't help it. It's just the way that I am. I warned them upfront that I am afflicted with a bad case of "change-order-itus" But they were very patient with me (and charged me accordintly), professional, and very responsive to my requests for information. I was very involved with the decision making process and had a home in their portfolio custom designed to our needs. I would find ideas on Houzz that I liked and would send them the links to the pictures describing what I wanted to do. I liked that they put the prices of their models online and are creative with financing. They have been around for a long time, and rightfully so. They did not dissappear after closing and conitnued to answer any questions that I had about the building process. If I had to do it over again, I would definately hire them. Not so certain they would choose to work with ME though...... :)”
