“We purchased a home under construction (being built by Otey Construction) about 5 years ago and we could not have been more pleased with how the process went and the finished product. We came in at a point where most big decisions as far as layout were complete, however, we were able to pick all finishes (including light fixtures, all colors, counter tops, flooring finishes, appliances, etc) and make some small changes.
