“After working with the client for several months to create exactly what she wanted, Jack and all that worked with him were extremely professional and did a terrific job. Jack has a great attention to detail especially when it came to the finishes and trades. They were a stickler when it came to doing it right and staying in budget. Jack was great with the structural pieces as far as coming up with the best way and best materials to use. I would say that with our concepts, Jack made sure all we wanted was implemented into the design of the home making it an excellent finished product.”

“Brad was an excellent contractor. We choose him for his ability to be flexible with the construction materials. We wanted to choose the lighting, flooring, paint, stains, granite countertops, etc. We worked out a contract that allowed us to choose the subcontractors and the places building materials came from. Brad was attentive, he listened to our needs and desires, and built us a beautiful home.”

“In my window treatment business, I have had occasions to come in after work was done and see some of the work by T-Mat Construction. I has always been top of the line. Customers repeatedly have told me how lucky they are that they found Trace to do their projects. I had one customer that did not like the valances I was able to offer because it covered up the gorgeous wood work that T-Mat had put around the windows. T-Mat was able to get more of the original wood they had used and made valances that blended into the trim work perfectly. I would highly recommend them as a contractor for remodels, additions and complete construction projects.”
