Mont Hartman assumed the role of Project Manager soon after we designed and contracted for what was then planned to be a limited condominium remodel. Mont brought himself “up to speed” quickly and then reached out to us to meet and refine our goals and the scope of our project. Throughout our renovation Mont was responsive, respectful and creative. His vision, team leadership, broad range of knowledge in all areas of our project (design, permitting, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, counters, tile, flooring, painting, electronics, etc.) and problem-solving skills were the critical factors that have led to a wonderful outcome with which we are very pleased. As is often the case, our project changed and expanded as we proceeded. Mont handled these modifications smoothly and efficiently and with good humor. Mont also needed to deal with some unusual additional challenges. The project was undertaken in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic with resultant difficulties in coordination and supervision of subcontractors, supply chain disruptions and safety concerns. In addition, the bulk of this renovation was undertaken remotely, since our primary residence during this project was in NYC. Nevertheless, Mont was able to keep us well-informed and involved on all aspects of the project with his regular texts, detailed emails, pictures and FaceTime calls. We feel fortunate to have worked with Mont and his team. Their work ethic, experience, integrity, skills, maturity and advocacy are exceptional. “DELTA BUILD SERVICES WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND I built 2 homes with DELTA. In spite of the hurricane and the logistics of getting material, DELTA definitely went well above and beyond to ensure that my homes were built on schedule!! They worked overtime to complete my homes. Jess and Ashley were extremely helpful in staying on top of Cape Coral to get my CO done in a timely manner. Jess also helped from day 1 to the very end in helping me pick out colors of everything in both of my houses. Thru out both jobs, Joe stayed on top of the schedule to make sure everything was always moving forward and kept me informed every step of the way! Towards the end of my build Gabriel went thru with me and ensured that EVERYTHING on the punch list was done to my satisfaction. During the beginning of the process of my builds, I had the opportunity to sit with the owner, Ron. He spent over an hour with me going over what I could expect during the process of building my 2 houses. During the end of my builds, I had a time constraint for these to builds. I contacted Ron and asked if he could he help me meet my deadline. Ron personally got involved and got his team together and made sure that my homes made the deadline that I requested. Prior to these 2 builds, I have never met Ron nor did know anything about his company. Because of Ron and his people and what they did for me, they will have my loyalty as I build more homes in the future!!!”

“Sun Bay builders did a major remodel to our home in St Petersburg, FL. This included expanding our kitchen, adding a new bathroom and remodeling two others. They enclosed our porch and we now have a wonderful area to entertain outside. We worked closely with them to have tile choices, paint colors, bathroom fixtures, lighting, and new appliances selected and delivered to keep the project moving forward. They answered all of our questions and concerns . They were very reliable and consummate professionals.”

“We have just completed the design and selection phases for the construction of our new home and have just broken ground on the build on 8/31/15. We couldn't be more please thus far with our experience with BW Homes. They are a semi-custom builder and we've made significant changes to the home's facade, redesigned the master bathroom, did major changes to the the kitchen layout, are changed the location of the entrance to a bedroom so that it can be turned into a suite simply by closing a pocket door. The president of the company is responsible for the redesign of the facade working with us to give us a design with which we are extremely pleased. The onsite agent has been extremely helpful and generous with her time, staying very late one evening so we could get a good idea of the standard lighting in the home to determine what we needed to add. But most of all, the person in charge of the designing and selection of materials has been simply outstanding, We spent many hours at the design studio, that tuned into 5 total days of her time, which included her coming in and doing a full day of design help with us on a Sunday to accommodate our schedules. Thus far, everyone in the office has been extremely friendly, courteous, respectful, and eager to help and answer any and all of our questions. These folks have set the bar very high for the project manager and site construction manger to follow suite and feel they will carry on to the same standards that we've experienced till now.”

“Wash Family has done a great deal of work for myself and family. My experience with Wash family construction is more than a decade in Commercial, multiple new residential single family homes and several renovations on multiple properties. With any large build or renovation, problems ALWAYS arise. In the past I have worked with numerous General Contractors that sweep problems under the rug and just "cover it up." Darrin has never been afraid of the facts and strives to do it right the first time. As a Mechanical Engineer hopefully I can attest accurately to Wash family's quality and attention to detail and have always been impressed with the knowledge base Darrin and his team brings to the party. I NEVER have to worry about Darrin doing it right. HOWEVER, a note of caution, doing it right costs more money so when you consider another contractor that is 20% less ask yourself if you want to kick that can down the road a few years and fix those problems later for 50% more?”
