“Matt Hanes and his son Dave did a terrific job on our remodel of a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in Silverado. Both men were a pleasure to work with. Matt handles the overall supervision of the work and Dave pays close attention to every detail of the project. In addition, Dave is a highly skilled cabinet maker and finish carpenter. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were fully custom and beautifully made...and a very fair price. We were also very pleased with their internal team and the subs with whom they have relationships. On many occasions during the course of our project, both Matt and Dave provided valuable input into the structural and well as the esthetic design elements. The finished product was greatly enhanced as a result of their suggestions. Because we live in the East Bay we were not able to closely supervise their work but every stage was completed on time (or very nearly so), and the quality of their work was exceptional. And (importantly) there were no cost overruns and no billing surprises!”

“Formfunction Plus was wonderful to work with. My kitchen, although large in size, was hopelessly outdated, and the way that it was set-up, made cooking and cleaning-up more difficult than it should have been. I also didn’t feel comfortable entertaining my guests there. Andreas, the designer of the company listened closely to my needs, took careful consideration of my personal tastes and designed a kitchen that is now not only beautiful, but most importantly, functional. Additional counter space was added as well as a custom island. Andreas also worked with me to design all new kitchen cabinets and had them especially made. I now have the walnut cabinets that I’ve always wanted! I would not hesitate to recommend Formfunction Plus, as I was very impressed with their attention to detail as well as their level of professionalism. Andreas was always available to answer questions, his employees and tradesmen that he contracted with were obviously very talented, but the best part was that the kitchen was completed on time and within budget! This was quite refreshing considering my last kitchen project where I hired a different contractor, took over 5 months to complete along with many headaches. Save yourself the trouble and hire Andreas and his team. You and your new remodel (perhaps your new home – I know he builds houses from scratch) will thank you for it!”

“Last year I had my master bathroom completely remodeled by Joe Matta Construction. It turned out better than I expected. They are very professional. The design was exactly what we wanted. Joe and his team were very clean and mindful of the fact that we were living in the house at the time construction was happening. Best part is we ended under our budget ( even after we added some extras) Win! I definitely recommend Joe Matta Construction and will be calling on them in the near future for my kitchen and BBQ area.”

“I have had the pleasure of being introduced to Spencer Wolfe and his team by a mutual client. Our first meeting was a little like a "blind date" in that we had not previously met or discussed their bathroom project but we hit it off in the best professional way possible. Spencer listens to his clients and other professionals. He is patient and asks detailed questions because he realizes that a remodel is done when the project is thought through in its entirety from the beginning before a construction contract is even presented. He has experienced trade contractors (plumber, electrician, tile installer etc) that he brings to our client's home to discuss the details with them so that he can provide my clients with a fixed price contract with as few allowances as possible. He is professional and timely in his communication and brings any concerns to my attention right away. I have begun introducing him to my clients who have not already found a contractor and they are pleased to choose Wolfe Inc as their remodeling team.”
