“NW Roots built us an incredible home, and worked with us to customize all of the details to create what is effectively our dream home. The house came out even better than we had hoped, and NW Roots, and especially Bobby, were critical in helping us make our vision a reality. There were numerous times where they came up with designs or features that improved on our plans, and it felt like a true partnership throughout. Most critically, the value they added did not stop when the keys got turned over. Bobby has been a regular presence in helping us address many small issues that inevitably come up with new construction -- all of which were unrelated to NW Roots' work itself (e.g., landscaping, appliances, etc.). I cannot endorse NW Roots highly enough.”

“The best company ever! Everyone, from the owner Jon Roberts, to our project manager and the subcontractors are anxious to help you realize your dreams. Communication skills are excellent and since this is the fourth house we've either built or remodeled, we should know. The goal of the company is to help you visualize what the house will look like, your options, how it will set on the lot, and what finishes would look best for the type of house you are building and your budget. Everyone connected to the project have been respectful and idea-filled.”

“Jay and Ace Bollinger are the best! Bollinger Construction built us a 4400 sq ft home during the winter of 2007-2008. A winter that saw 3 inches of snow fall almost daily! What do we love about our home? Too many things to mention, but here are a few. Stamped concrete decks where we relax in chairs or our hot tub and view the beauty of the mountains. Finish work that is beautiful and we are as happy today, over 10 years of living here, as we were the day we moved in. I rate them 5 out of 5! Thanks Jay and Ace, you built our dream home and we couldn't be happier!”
