“Cross Country Builders are extremely knowledgable and experienced with creating and building custom homes. Their team of trades people are true craftsmen who are passionate about their work and it shows in quality and detail. Most important to us was that our home was on time and on budget and, we had regular communication with the team. This included formal build meetings at specific completion points to our very frequent phone calls or emails - and they always answered their phone or promptly returned a message. They worked hard for us, advocated for our needs when necessary and ensured our money was spent on what mattered to us. I will build with them again but until then, my next call to Cross Country will be a renovation project!”

“EE Homes built a custom 2400 sqft home for us in 2007. The communication through the process was fantastic, and all issues were dealt with promptly. The home is very comfortable and has their special walk system which really makes a difference. We had no hotnot cold spots, and the noise from outside rarely made it into the house. We highly recommend them and would build again.”

“We have been clients of Hager Developments (Don and Jaime) for many years, and they have done multiple projects for us, including a number of house renovations, and then a complete gutting and rebuild of a high rise condominium on the river bank. It is fair to say that we know each other well. They are the most honest, dependable, professional people that you will find. They know their strengths and weaknesses, and never over promise or fail to complete a project. We have been extremely satisfied with the quality, workmanship and attention to detail, which I think sets them apart from others. Our latest project with them, our high rise condo rebuild, is absolutely spectacular - photos of it are on their segment of this web site. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending them, and would be pleased to speak to anyone personally if this is required.”

“In 2010, Inertia designed a house for a young couple in Edmonton. They asked for a small house with a tight building envelope on a unique lot they had found near Mill Creek Ravine Park. As with all projects that we design directly for owners, we are never quite sure what will happen once it actually gets built. I'm quite pleased to report that Effect Home Builders nailed it. The house is a precise reflection of the design intent, and this speaks volumes about the integrity and capability of this builder. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to work with Effect.”
