“My husband and I decided to have a new home built by Daytona. Our salesperson was David Pipella. He was very helpful throughout the building process. He would return my calls promptly and was always very professional and curtious. Our home turned out fantastic and I would certainly reccommend both Daytona Homes and David Pipella again.”

“Cross Country Builders are extremely knowledgable and experienced with creating and building custom homes. Their team of trades people are true craftsmen who are passionate about their work and it shows in quality and detail. Most important to us was that our home was on time and on budget and, we had regular communication with the team. This included formal build meetings at specific completion points to our very frequent phone calls or emails - and they always answered their phone or promptly returned a message. They worked hard for us, advocated for our needs when necessary and ensured our money was spent on what mattered to us. I will build with them again but until then, my next call to Cross Country will be a renovation project!”

“EE Homes built a custom 2400 sqft home for us in 2007. The communication through the process was fantastic, and all issues were dealt with promptly. The home is very comfortable and has their special walk system which really makes a difference. We had no hotnot cold spots, and the noise from outside rarely made it into the house. We highly recommend them and would build again.”
