“We have just completed the design and selection phases for the construction of our new home and have just broken ground on the build on 8/31/15. We couldn't be more please thus far with our experience with BW Homes. They are a semi-custom builder and we've made significant changes to the home's facade, redesigned the master bathroom, did major changes to the the kitchen layout, are changed the location of the entrance to a bedroom so that it can be turned into a suite simply by closing a pocket door. The president of the company is responsible for the redesign of the facade working with us to give us a design with which we are extremely pleased. The onsite agent has been extremely helpful and generous with her time, staying very late one evening so we could get a good idea of the standard lighting in the home to determine what we needed to add. But most of all, the person in charge of the designing and selection of materials has been simply outstanding, We spent many hours at the design studio, that tuned into 5 total days of her time, which included her coming in and doing a full day of design help with us on a Sunday to accommodate our schedules. Thus far, everyone in the office has been extremely friendly, courteous, respectful, and eager to help and answer any and all of our questions. These folks have set the bar very high for the project manager and site construction manger to follow suite and feel they will carry on to the same standards that we've experienced till now.”

“It is my pleasure to recommend Perrone Construction who was the general contractor for a remodeling project on the exterior of my house in the fall of 2012. The scope of the remodeling involved building addition to our house (outside kitchen) with a roof and electric. The project took 8 weeks and involved several work crews (carpenters, roofing) plus electricians. While major remodeling is inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, Perrone services as a general contractor were invaluable, and I am extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically, Ricky Perone - I would give top marks in the following areas: 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently top notch. Ricky used subcontractors who were knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in their respective trades. They were conscientious about following project specifications, and their work product rarely needed improvement or revision. 2. Quality of work crews. Other than one relatively minor exception which Ricky Perrone promptly addressed once I brought it to his attention. I also found them to be trustworthy, and my wife and I felt comfortable with allowing them access inside our home. His excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and commitment to follow-through are assets which enabled him to juggle the extensive details involved in our project without missing a beat. Ricky’s familiarity with building codes and dealing with city hall also facilitated a smooth and a hassle-free process when it came to building permits and inspection.”

“We have a 1926 home and after interviewing a number of architects and builders, decided to contract w/ My Green Buildings for the addition of a large dining room, and a gazebo in our gardens. It was an excellent decision! MGB took great pains w/ every detail to make sure that our addition accurately melded into our existing home. Both the exterior and interior detail work was magnificent! Everyday, one of the MGB partners was on site to insure that the project manager and workmen were performing up to standards. And, the construction site was always clean. We would never undertake any building project w/out MGB. Superb company!!!”

“I hired Mr Garcia to do complete re do of a condo I purchased in 2013. After plans were reviewed, I hired Marazul Building Co. (Owned by Mr Garcia) to do the construction. It took 7 months without a lot of input by me, the owner. I am very pleased with the quality of work that was done and it now is the nicest unit in the entire condo complex.”
