“We have used this construction company over the last few years and they have done some great work for us - the last job an excellent bathroom. We live in an old house and things not always straight forward. The contractors are always very pleasant and polite. We are confident that a job will be completed and we would never be left with something unfinished. A big bonus is that Pel will always reply to messages.”

“The whole experience with Bespoke Living was excellent from start to finish. They were professional from the first time we met and always kept to the timelines they set, including when I would receive the original quotation. I think I was quite a tricky client but they were always polite and patient with my questions. The standard of their work was flawless with incredible attention to detail pointing out issues which I wouldn't have noticed. I chose awkward tiles and difficult grouting but the finished result is exactly as I imagined and I love my new kitchen and bathroom! I have no hesitation in recommending Bespoke Living and if/when I do another project I wouldn't use any other company!”

“Nick was meticulous in every aspect of the project. He provided us with detailed estimates that were updated after each change or amendment we made to the specified work. This meant all parties knew where they stood regarding what was to be undertaken. Nick was always willing to suggest alternative solutions or designs to any changes we wanted to make as the project progressed. He was also happy to accommodate any alterations we decided upon once the work was underway. Nick was thorough with the physical side of the project, even redoing some work that he wasn’t completely happy with. He does not rush through the project in an attempt to get to his next job. He works at his own pace until everything is completed to your, and his, satisfaction.”

Everything was done on time and according to the agreed term and conditions. Great team, very professional. It's was great pleasure working with this company. “This project involved the building of two contemporary high specification houses with a square area totalling more than 400 meters. The project commenced in January 2015 and concluded early 2016. The main positive features of Dell Developments include high quality finishes, attention to detail, interpretation of complex designs, flexibility to deal with customer, NHBC and Building Control requirements, snag resolution (remarkably few of these) communication and integrity. The reason for a four star rather than five is the project overrun. This was a large project for Dell at the time, they initially under resourced the project which meant that the wet winter of 2015 exacerbated the overrun. The only other feedback would be to get professional cleaners to finish the houses before handover.”
