“After purchasing an existing home, we hired Holly Homes to complete renovation on the inside and the development of a luxery patio in the back of the home. The project involved the movement of walls, new drywall, paint, tile and wood flooring as well as electrical and plumming work. The project was completed in an organized and orderly fashion with all questions and concerns posed to us for proper decision making. The cost was right on budget and timeliness of project steps remained ahead of schedule. The members of Holly Homes kept the home clean and secure as we had not yet moved in. I would not hesitate to hire the professionals at Holly Homes again in the future or to recommend them to anyone for projects of all sizes and scopes.”

“Jonathan McGrath Construction completed a Kitchen Remodel that required extensive planning and a very creative approach to accomplish the goal of the project and meet my expectations. The team’s approach to the project brought new ideas and options that we had not considered. The execution of the project was per schedule for both time and cost. The resulting remodel was beyond all of our expectations. It is our feeling that a measure of success for this type of project is whether there is a real return on investment that translates into an increase in home value that offsets the cost of the project. “Tolaris Homes built our custom home on a lot that we owned. Rick Bavec (president) personally acted as superintendent. Through conception, design and construction he was always accommodating and fair in his dealings with us and with his fine group of subcontractors. Our project was completed substantially on budget and on time. Tolaris has also been helpful since we took ownership. They have provided useful advice and assistance in dealing with the minor issues that have arisen. We got to know Rick and his wife Sherrie fairly well during the 15 months of design and construction and now consider them friends. When you can say that about someone with whom you've had a fairly large business deal I think it's a good indicator of the character of the people.”

“We were treated extremely well by Andy Katzman and his team. Andy as well as his superintendent have been on top of everything, and have gone above and beyond to make sure that all our requests were met. The whole crew, including their contractors, is very professional and have been responsive. Furthermore, Rare Builders/Andy have always addressed any issues - at times we tried to avoid bothering them and we learned our lesson quickly! Our dryer would not seem to work and we kept dealing with the manufacturer only to find out that when I mentioned it in passing to Andy, he knew exactly what the problem was and sent someone out that day. They are absolutely some of the best people we have ever dealt with and will never make you feel like you are a nuisance!”

“Brad was an excellent contractor. We choose him for his ability to be flexible with the construction materials. We wanted to choose the lighting, flooring, paint, stains, granite countertops, etc. We worked out a contract that allowed us to choose the subcontractors and the places building materials came from. Brad was attentive, he listened to our needs and desires, and built us a beautiful home.”

“Came to my home and spent time to talk about the home I want to build, Very impressive people. I intend to use their services and am currently saving pictures for them to eventually look at. I have decided on a company to sell my home since they have been here. I had a professional home inspection and am fixing the things that i need to. Hopefully will list home in spring and build this summer! Looking forward to working with this company....Husband builder his wife a designer...great combination!”
