“Jim Cutuli of Cutuli Homes is a talented and accomplished home builder that I met in 2006. Since then we have worked together on several projects that Rasmussen Architects has designed. Projects range from a large four building single family colonial compound to an interior renovation. Jim is willing to help the design/client team in the early stages of design and cost estimating that not a lot of other contractors are willing to do. Jim is transparent, honest and hard working. He does all the big and little things that make a project run smooth. I do not hesitate to recommend Jim Cutuli for any residential project whether it be a custom single family home, addition or renovation. Don Rasmussen Architect”

“We hired TWC for a substantial exterior remodel of our 45 unit apartment building in North Seattle. This was a complex job that dealt with a number of siding materials and building systems not to mention significant disruption to our tenant base. TWC sheparded the job along within price guidance and within needed timeframe; not to mention they did a great job interfacing with our tenants and other vendors. TWC delivered with flying colors! We would happily use them again and provide highest recommendation to other potential customers.”

“We hired Jeff to be our contractor on a house and landscape remodel project. The work we had done required extensive planning from needing a new hydrant put in to an outdoor seating area in a completely rejuvenated backyard. The people who worked directly with him and the subcontractors he recommended were all polite and pretty timely; except for some delay from the city/county. The bulk of the project was to reduce yard maintenance (lawn cutting) while providing an extensive outdoor seating and entertainment area that could be utilized year-round. Inclusive to that was over a 1000sq feet of flagstone pavers, outdoor glass roofed deck now accessible from 3 large French doors. I'd recommend, and already have recommended, Jeff and many of his subcontractors to friends and neighbors to help improve their homes and personal projects.”

“George deftly handled a massive remodel of our craftsman bungalow from a 3bed/1bath to a 4bed/3bath: new kitchen, family room and second floor. He was especially respectful of our wishes to preserve the home's original charm even when it added complexity and effort.
