“GBC Homes was great to work with for the patio project at our home. We wanted to raise our patio cover, and add lighting, fans, and an electrical outlet for a TV. They went above and beyond what we had pictured in our minds. The materials used for the finished product helped turn our back yard into a more beautiful and functional place to relax. The electricians, framers, and roofers were polite and professional. The cost was very fair for the work and materials to make a solid, long lasting, patio cover. Everyone at GBC Homes were professional, listened to our wish list, and clearly explained what they could do (and explained why some items they would not do as they would not make sense to do for structural or budget purposes), worked within our budget, and we are really pleased!”

“The work Casita Builders LLC did for us was exceptional. From the first time Steve came to visit us and later when he provided a thoroughly detailed estimate for our project we knew this was a professional and efficiently run business. His team demonstrated the same every day they were here working on our house. They regularly updated us on progress, next steps and left the work space clean and tidy at the end of each day. The quality of their work was apparent to us from the day they started renovating to the day they finished…everything was done to exacting standards. It’s clear they care about the work they do, and they ensure any subs (plumbers, electricians, etc.) that come in share the same commitment to quality. The project was completed on time and on budget. There were no delays or surprises at any point in the project. At the end of the day we know that we received incredible value for our investment. “John Smieszek, Aspect Fine Homes, is a man you can trust. He has a thorough knowledge of construction principles and the construction industry. He will always see that every job is completed to your satisfaction and will not rest until you are completly happy. My experience with John was during the construction of my luxury home. When not on site he was only a phone call away and his responses were always timely. His management of the sub-contractors was exemplary. There was never any down time and the construction never deviated from schedule. If a problem arose it was always taken care of immediately and to my satisfaction. I can only give John the highest of recommendations and would not hesitate to use him on any future remodel or whole house construction.”

“We have used Jon and his team before on an addition and had a great experience, so when we were looking to remodel our home, we knew just who to call! This was a huge project, essentially remodeling all aspects of the interior of our home. Jon is very detail oriented and meticulous in the planning. He is honest and upfront about any possible issues that could arise before they happen and his communication is what you would hope for when making this type of investment. He and his subs (most of whom he has worked with for years) were all so respectful and professional throughout the project, as they essentially became a part of our family during that time, being in our home every day for several months. We have 3 dogs and kids they had to work around and always made sure doors were closed and everything was safe for us to still live there while the work was being done. Jon's wife Kim helped me so much on the design aspect, from paint and lighting to flooring and all of the other details and was so much fun to work with. The project was finished on time, actually came in a tad under budget and we couldn't be happier! We have referred many friends and neighbors to Jon, many of whom have also done projects with him and have been just as impressed. We love our "new" home, thanks to Jon and Prestwick Homes!”
