    “We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

    “Spencer was fabulous. He was polite, professional and friendly. He kept me up dated as the project was being worked on. He left his work area neat when he left each day. He completed the job on time and I am amazed at how great my new bathroom looks. I do recommend using him. In fact I am having him do more work for me. Also his price was excellent.”

    “D&A remodeled my kitchen, two bathrooms, and fireplace stone. They also painted the inside of my home and put in vinyl flooring. They did an excellent job. They were very detailed oriented. I was very pleased with the work they did.”

    “We bought our new home from City Ventures and moved in a few months ago. Their home designs are great and this location close to the beach and Carlsbad Village cannot be beaten ! Sales staff very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our buying process. Construction staff have been quick to address any minor issues that occur in any construction. Looking forward to many years in our new home!”

    “Richard did several projects at 3 different residences for my family over a 6 year period. He remodeled a 1920s kitchen and brought it into the 21st century. He remodeled a 1940s bathroom and made it into a spa. And he did a 1200 sq foot cottage facelift, that had not been touched in over 60 years, keeping the original feel to it intact but making it a bright and sunlit getaway. Richard really listens to what You envision and also has great ideas to bring to the projects. He brought the projects to completion in a timely way and was a clear communicator every step of the way. His subcontractors were all very good too. I was very happy with the results of Richard's work.”

Once we walked through the front door, we were sold in an instant and ended our search with your property. Everything from the floorplan, attention to details, and appliances are everything and more that we have ever wished for. Most important, we thank you for making our purchase and move-in so hassle and stress free. You have been so wonderful to work with during this entire process and have always made yourself available when needed. You are a man of your word and we truly appreciate you making sure we are 100% happy with everything as we turn our new purchase into a cozy home.     “We needed to remodel completely my daughter's home in a short time. Ari promised to finish by the time we asked him to. Not only he finished on time, he was very attentive to our request, he sent his crew also on the weekend just to make sure he will be done on time. His job is superb, he is very easy to work with, I highly recommend him, and will take him on future projects.”
