“Gander Builders was an exceptional choice for our custom home. Steve Lecas was extremely generous with his time during lot selection and the design process. During construction, Steve was incredibly responsive, oversaw every detail, inspired and encouraged creative ideas, and was always positve; he never cracked under the pressure we put on him. Steve's wife, Susan, was especially helpful in filtering for us the abundance of design choices and selections that go into a custom home. We could not have devoted the time to the selection and design process without Susan's tireless assistance and artistic input. The result of Gander Builders' work: a home that meets our needs and warms our hearts. Steve and Sue really created a work of art for us to live in, unique to us.”

“When you contact Platinum Touch, they will send people out who will be comfortable, concerned with your needs, and don’t make claims they cannot meet. As you go through the process, the people you meet will be professional and courteous. In the end, you have a well completed project.” We are very pleased with Platinum Touch. Vince listened on our first meeting and came back with what we asked, when we thought some more and the ability to express what I wanted and how we were going to use it, the designed adapted perfectly. The team was respectful of our budget and also of our needs as we stayed in our home during the construction process. There were no cost surprises or construction delays. The quality of the finished project is wonderful.”

“Rite Way created a beautiful and custom full bathroom on the first floor of our 100 year old home. The restroom was created from a useless small room in the rear of the house and is now one of the most beautiful rooms in the house. We were able to make every decision on finishes from start to finish and were extremely pleased with the end result. The work started at the height of the hottest summer on record and finished days before we returned home from the hospital with our first child. Everything was clean during the construction and the contractors were a joy to have in our home. There is not a single visitor that comes to our home that isn't overly impressed with the way the room turned out and we have not had a single issue with the workmanship or quality of the room. We will continue to use Rite Way for any renovation project in home, big or small, and cannot recommend them enough!”

“We began working with Janet Frasca of The Walker Group in early 2015 on some home modernization projects and have worked with her extensively over the past year on renovating our entire home after a house fire. Janet has skillfully guided us through projects that range from selecting fixtures, paint colors, flooring, bathroom tile, furniture, window treatments, and accessories, to working as our general contractor to reconfigure room layouts and oversee jobs like crown, kitchen cabinet, and light fixture installation, and painting the entire first level of our home. A natural born leader and innovator, Janet has confidently and efficiently led all of our projects and at the same time has never been above working with us on the nitty gritty details. She works diligently to understand and cater to your personal style and preferences. The Walker Group's subcontractors have always been top-notch, dependable, and kind.
