Vince listened on our first meeting and came back with what we asked, when we thought some more and the ability to express what I wanted and how we were going to use it, the designed adapted perfectly. The team was respectful of our budget and also of our needs as we stayed in our home during the construction process. There were no cost surprises or construction delays. The quality of the finished project is wonderful.”

“Working with Dominic and LivModern was a pleasure from beginning to end. We initially found Dominic through another California-like, clean, and modern house he built. Besides his aesthetic, it was also his statement that he would build our home just like he would build one for himself…that is a very different perspective than most builders, and really resonated with us. He truly cares about the details as if it was his own house. Not just the visible features, but the mechanicals and the detail behind the walls and under the floors. He limits the number of simultaneous projects so he and his team really focused on our home. Our trust in Dominic was well-placed and in the end, he built us a wonderful home on which we are complimented constantly. We also left other aspects of the home building process and design in Dominic’s hands - he handled all of our landscaping design, designed our pool and deck, and our driveway. “Ken was the third contractor I interviewed before choosing his company to do an emergency re-build of a family members home which was lost to a fire. The project was a very stressful time for me, but with Ken's help we got the new home constructed in the required amount of time to achieve insurance re-reimbursement (which is NOT easy to do, by the way) The new home turned out great. Subsequently, I hired Ken to do a major kitchen and bath re-model at my 24 year old house.- as well as install crown molding an a large tiled shower. All I can say is he tries to keep his promises and and be at the job site when needed. I feel he has fair pricing, good workers and subcontractors, and runs and honest and ethical company.”
