It involved lots of tricky aspects due to the age of the house, but his team of professionals handled it all with no problem. We are delighted with the results and always get compliments whenever someone visits. “Riley Custom Homes built our custom home and incorporated a level of professionalism, integrity and courtesy throughout the entire process, from contract negotiations and construction to establishing an ongoing relationship based upon mutual respect and friendship. Their contract provided full disclosure of all costs. We met every other week, at our time preference, on the job site to discuss progress and upcoming agenda items. Owner, John Riley hires top-rate workers and has superb working relationships with reliable subcontractors. We would highly recommend Riley Custom Homes for a custom home or renovation.”

“E&L is an extremely professional company with a friendly feel. They have completed 2 projects for me. I got 4 bids for my first job last Spring when I had 2 bathrooms remodeled, one of which evolved quite a bit of moving plumbing and electrical. The second project of a third bathrooms was completed in September. I did’t even get other bid for that because I knew who I wanted to do the job.”

“Small business specializing in nice, custom work. Good communicators. Trust-worthy - felt totally comfortable giving them a set of keys, so that I didn't have to be present when they were. Kept my kitchen functional during a total kitchen remodel - sometimes only the refigerator and microwave were functional while they redid major appliances, but they made sure to give me that.”
