“Building our home with Rick Batton and his staff was nothing but fun from start to finish. Rick and his son Kyle are very talented craftsmen and made the entire experience a pleasure. They were always patient and kind and all of the men were mannerly and caring. Before we hired the company, we spoke with families for whom Batton and Son had built and without exception they said that it was a wonderful experience and we would agree. We started the project as client and builder and finished a year later as friends.”

For an environmentally conscious organization, I trust them inherently to produce the highest standard, to be impeccably honest, to take on full responsibility and accountability for a project and to gift me with their best customer service. It's actually an honor to be able to review this company. Even after moving out of the area, I still rely on this company, specifically award-winning Polly Bart, as a resource for knowing the best and latest practices of green construction and building. As a web designer, I had the joy of being asked to build the www.greenbuilders.com website. Talk about pressure! I wanted to make sure the website was an extension of this amazing company. “Paul Nalley Sr and Residential Builders built our 2000 sq ft modular rancher. We began the process in March 2014 and completed the home in December 2014. Paul was professional, technically competent, patient, thorough, reliable and everything we could hope him to be. He hired good subcontractors, he was(and is ) responsive to calls, deadlines and our concerns. We worked with an agency called Second Chance, to who we donated our old house for deconstruction and Paul was totally cooperative with them and their schedule. The work of our home is beautiful. Paul gives his honest opinion; when we asked about concrete slab vs basement, he said basement and was so right. He advised us on driveway, the height of ceilings, lots o things and while he would give his opinion when asked, he never pushed or complained when we did something else. This may seem unreal, as our recommendation is so positive, but it is all true. He is now our friend.”

“Working with Sunfire Homes is a great choice for buyers interested in a home that is designed and build with a high level of pride and craftsmanship. All of the extra appointments throughout the house give the property luxurious custom feel. We are thrilled to pull up to our house on the hill! Additionally, we were pleased with their continuous professionalism, attention to detail and desire to satisfy even the most difficult demands such as fireplace mantel changes and yard landscaping adjustments. Their team of contractors are extremely pleasant and the builder does not cut coenrs the way many builders do. The builder made our satisfaction a top priority and the customer service has continued past the deed transfer. We look forward to a great many years in this home.”
