“Evergreen Custom Construction did an exceptional job on our home. Doug Oles the owner personally supervised every aspect of the work to make certain it was completed in a flawless and timely manner. There was never a day that this project was ongoing that we did not witness him outside of our home checking the work in progress.He has an exceptional eye for detail and design. His team were all very professional and courteous. Anytime anyone asks about our contractor we always say to use Evergreen Custom Construction. We are so extremely happy with the finished product. It brings a sense of pride when we get compliments on our home now which we do often. We are fortunate that we chose Evergreen Custom Construction because the owner, Doug Oles, is extremely virtuous and has great integrity. We have renovated all of the homes we have lived in over the past 25 years and have been most pleased with Doug. He is a consummate professional and runs a great company. I've been in the business including commercial homes and hotels, Dane and his company stands up to the best of them that includes: worldwide. Dana has a very talented mind and is able to work with you on your project to help you develop your images that you have in your mind and put them on paper. He does this in a very quick manner at a great price. I not only recommend him but I will put him as part of our team and using them in the future for our projects.”

“Middlehouse completed our 4800 sq ft home in December 2012 and we were very pleased with not only the result, but the entire building process. My husband and I are very detail oriented people (engineer & accountant) and as is common with most custom building we had our share of unexpected technical issues. Tavi was pro-active in finding mutually agreeable solutions and in many cases delivered more than we expected. Tavi takes a great deal of pride in delivering a high quality product and was always eager to make sure we were happy. We would be very pleased to recommend him to friends or family building a home.”

“Herb and Chris has performed a number of jobs for me and have done a great job. They are hands on and take a lot of care in their work. They are great with clients and reliable. In subcontracting work to them, I don't have to worry about being on the job everyday to micromanage them. They perform quality work and will ask questions if they run into and issue. They stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them. They are great guys.”

“Keith smith builders has completed three projects for our family. In each case they have listened to our thoughts and developed a plan to meet our needs. The work has been done in a timely manner and has been excellent in quality. They have remodeled our kitchen, remodeled a bath, removed popcorn ceilings, painted multiple rooms, and built an outbuilding. If we have any future needs regarding home remodeling Keith Smith Builders will be called on again.”

“Lawrence Building & Renovation built a 20x14 Screen Porch for my family. Kim was an absolute blessing to work with. Very knowledgable and followed through on every part without question. The Porch is beautiful inside and out. Matches the existing home as if it was always there. Her team was very professional and curtious to my family! As a pet owner, making sure our 4-legged family had access to the backyard and a clean working area at the of each day. Nails, building supplies etc were were all cleaned up daily hence no accidents with the pets! I HIGHLY recommend Lawrence Building & Renovation!!”
