“I have had the pleasure of having 3 houses built with John Davis of Diamond Homes. On each project he was very detailed oriented, accommodating with changes, and closed on time. Although I have worked with many different Builder over the years, there is no one else I would have build me a house... John and his Staff make what is usually a stressful process one that is enjoyable and exciting. His relaxed and calm demeanour, and knowledge of the process is unmatchable. I would highly recommend Diamond Homes to everyone from a first time Home Buyer to someone building their final Dream Retirement Home. I can't say enough about this reputable company!”

“My wife and I purchased a beautiful 4-bedroom home, newly built by Afshin. It is a superbly designed family home, with features that are both stylish and practical. We especially like the modern feel of the home, which has high ceilings, lots of light and a main floor that is mostly open concept. The home also has many smart and programmable features, such as thermostat, lighting, built in speakers, camera and security system, and in ground sprinklers. As soon as we moved in to our new home, Afshin made himself available, in person at our house as well as by phone/email/text, whenever we needed him. When we had questions about how some things work, especially some of the smart features, Afshin answered these questions quickly and knowledgeably. Even in a well-built home such as ours, there are some minor issues and questions that arise during the first year or so after occupancy. When we reported anything to Afshin, he understood what needed to be done and where necessary he arranged for his quality tradespeople to visit our house. Afshin takes pride in his work and seems genuinely interested in ensuring that his customers are happy with their home and with the quality of his services. I do not hesitate in recommending Afshin.”

“Last year my wife and I started looking for a builder to help us build our dream home, and I honestly believe that God put Scott Jeffery in our path. We know now that the project wouldn’t had been possible with any other builder and we now live in a home worth of a magazine, all thanks to Scott. Scott led us through the entire process while providing his advice patiently, listening to all our ideas no matter how bad these were. His entire team amazing, the interior designer (Trish) is very talented and really knows her stuff; the tiles installer (Mark) is an artist and went well above and beyond his work to pieces of art; the carpenter (Rob) another artist who created amazing and perfect pieces of furniture without a single mistake; and the list can go on and on for the kitchen guys (Ren, Marion), etc. I can certainly say that Scott Jeffery is an amazing builder but most importantly: he is a very honest builder and person; we widely recommend him for your custom or production homes, you can be certain that you will be looked after and will received the best quality home possible.”
