“Prime 1 was the contractor for our 800 square foot addition. They worked closely with us and with our architect to design an addition that met our needs and fulfilled the vision we had in mind. One of our concerns was that the addition should match the period detail of the existing house, and they took every measure to ensure that such was the case. Our foreman was great. You would think he was building the project for himself, because he paid so much attention to every detail. He was always willing to work with us to make changes and listen to our concerns at every stage of the process. The crew was very conscientious and made every effort to minimize the disruption to our daily routine. Space was tight for delivery and staging of materials, but they managed to work within those limitations with little problem. Prime 1 was also willing to let us take on as much of the project as we wanted to do, and they worked with us at great length to keep within our budget. They inspired confidence in us, offering sound advice from experience, and making the venture an enjoyable experience. The finished product is beautiful, and it has been a pleasure to use our new space.”

“I hired A. Allen Adams Contracting to build me a 6000 square foot 6 bedroom log home in McCandless PA. It turned out beautiful and was completed right on schedule for us to move in on time. I would highly recommend them for building or remodeling a home.”

“We are an experienced buyer. This is the 5th house we have built. We understand the home building process and the massive differences in builders (and quality). We wanted a truly custom home - not minor modifications to houses a builder has done before (which is the easy way out for most Builders). Dion and Londonbury Homes came through for us. We have the one of a kind home that we dreamed of. The experience was great every step of the way. Dion was always flexible in adapting to and meeting our unique needs. He brought years of experience to the table. This helped immensely on the many critical decisions we faced. We made changes at every stage. Londonbury Homes rolled every twist and turn. Nothing was impossible. The project was on time and on budget . Dion did a phenomenal job of project management and communication. He was personally involved at every stage. The quality and end product is outstanding. I would highly recommend building with Londonbury Homes. If I had to do it all over again, I would go straight to Dion and Londonbury Homes.”

“We are building a new custom home with Jim Thomas. The house is almost complete and so far we have had no complaints. Many builders are hard to reach personally and take a long time to return calls. However, with Jim this is NOT the case. He's very reachable and returns my calls in a timely manner. He gave me his personal cell number and returns my texts and calls personally. He's been very patient with all my concerns and questions. He built 3 other homes on the same street and the work is beautiful (from the outside). Again, we are not finished but hope and believe that we will still be as happy with the finished product. Started project in Sept/Oct of 2015”

“We having been working with Nest to design our new home for 8 weeks and it's been a seamless process thus far. After our very first conversation with Dan, he had such great insight as to what we were going for that he was able to find us the perfect home plans by the end of the phone call. We have worked intimately with Dan through all of the details of planning our home and he has been accessible and open to all of our ideas. Alex drafted our plans from scratch based on the inspiration home found and is not only creative but passionate and personable as well. This whole process is easier than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend working with Nest to build an affordable home in a short window of time. Nest is a company who is driven by a cutting-edge model of custom home building.
