“I got the home of my dreams with Boswell Construction. The construction is of excellent quality and Shane kept us informed throughout construction. He was honest, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the build. This is a great family business with many years of experience in St Petersburg. There were challenges along the way, but Shane stayed optimistic and kept us going. He was very respectful and patiently explained the process along the way. We would definitely hire him again. “Steven Fisher of Classic Builders was selected by my wife and I to construct our dream house. After interviewing 3 other contractors we chose Mr. Fisher based on his credible credentials which were supported by an outstanding complement of prior projects in the Tampa Bay area. Located on the Hillsborough River in Tampa, our 1/2+ acre lot features arguably, the most beautiful view of the river and Tampa City Skyline. As such we wanted a builder who was skillful, committed to our concepts and dreams, and dedicated. Mr. Fisher proved all of these and more. From initial planning through final phases of the project Mr. Fisher was on site supervising each day. He was proactive in practice as well as in policy. Throughout the project we did not encounter any unreasonable delays or problems. “I had just bought a new house and was getting a quote to have my kitchen redone and they gave me a very reasonable quote which inlcuded all that I wanted done. The person who quoted me was very knowledage and I could tell had been doing this for a long time. I had been shopping around to get the best price and they were able to beat all of the other prices that I had gotten. Also, I was shown some of the other work that they have done and it was absolutely perfect! I attached one of the images from another location that they had sent me. In the end I didn't get this work done becuase my house loan had to be done differently and I wasn't able to inlcude the renovations in the loan. I am now saving up to get this done for my new house which I perchased last year.”

“We bought a house knowing it was a fixer-upper. Unfortunately watching home renovation shows doesn't prepare you for what is really involved when your house is filled with mold, water damage, outdated wiring, leaking plumbing, and just plain ugly. Oh, and as the cherry on top, it smelled disgusting. If we hadn't worked with Shaun and the team at Shelby Construction I am not sure where we would be at. We ended up having to rewire, replumb, replace the HVAC system, get rid of termites, and at the end of the day gut the house to studs and rebuild it. I now have my dream house and love every room in it. Shaun and his team worked with us every step of the way and I HIGHLY recommend them for any construction project. They stand behind their work, are there when you have questions, and have quality people working for them.”
