“After interviewing a number of builders for my custom designed home, I selected Curtis Graff of Graf Custom Construction. My decision to do so was based on extensive research into the type of home I had designed and their familiarity with the newest technology. Throughout the project planning, Curtis Graf invested significant time in helping me evaluate the variety of solutions for HVAC, insulation, windows, foundation and other critical components of the available material and construction techniques. I had consulted with other builders that were not interested or willing to discuss these options with me, and basically told me how they planned to build my home, and didn't seem too concerned in what I wanted to purchase. The Graf crew are remarkable. Many of folks working on my home were direct employees and not subcontractors. Curtis Graf was usually on site and got his hands dirty. I had spoken to some builders who never do any work themselves, and I believe that Graf has the right approach. In conclusion, I am delighted with the quality of the home I received and the consideration and attitude of the entire team. They are very responsive to minor issues, even after being paid! I would do some things differently if I were ever to build another home, but would definitely hire this company.”

“We are an experienced buyer. This is the 5th house we have built. We understand the home building process and the massive differences in builders (and quality). We wanted a truly custom home - not minor modifications to houses a builder has done before (which is the easy way out for most Builders). Dion and Londonbury Homes came through for us. We have the one of a kind home that we dreamed of. The experience was great every step of the way. Dion was always flexible in adapting to and meeting our unique needs. He brought years of experience to the table. This helped immensely on the many critical decisions we faced. We made changes at every stage. Londonbury Homes rolled every twist and turn. “I purchased my Weaver Home in a new development called Scenic Ridge. I can't recommend them enough. The office staff are fantastic. The project manager for my home was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I absolutely love all aspects of my new patio home. I had moved to PA because I was having a home built by another builder. That builder kept giving excuses as to why my home wasn't completed. After almost two years, I had to get a lawyer and back out of the contract. I no longer trusted them. I hired a realtor who took me to Scenic Ridge and I fell in love and immediately purchased my new home. From start to finish, I was in my new home in five months. I highly recommend them. They are family.”
