“I found the team at Mansfield Custom Homes to be extremely professional, courteous, and fair in their pricing. After viewing the quality of work in a house project they were building, I contracted with Mansfield Custom Homes regarding some re-modeling work on my existing house to get it ready for market. They did a great job! No doubt, their work helped get my house sold. If I had not already purchased another house, I would have considered building a new one with Mansfield Custom Homes. When the bug bites me again to build, I have no doubt that they will be at the top of my list for builders I will look at. It doesn't take long visiting one of their projects that quality is job one and pride in cleanliness of jobsite is a priority. “We recently hired McEachern Custom Homes to renovate both our kitchen and master bathroom. Caleb was professional and a pleasure to work with. He was reliable, patient and very responsive. During the planning/design process, Caleb shared ideas and design opinions, which was very helpful. During the remodel, Caleb ensured our questions were answered and concerns addressed. He did such a great job managing our project and never dropped the ball when we sent requests or questions. Caleb’s end goal was to ensure we were happy with the completed project and we absolutely are!!! We would definitely recommend McEachern Custom Homes and hope to hire them again for future projects!!”

“Great home builder in DWF. I have worked with him on at least 4 projects in the past 5 years. He is a very hands on builder, which always seems to have the client's best interest in mind. I have never worked on 2 projects with him that were even similar in style, which shows me how diverse his level of expertise is. New construction, major remodel down to studs, basements, Very modern, Craftsman, Contemporary, Spanish; I have worked with him on all of these. Great guy that is easy to work with for homeowners and contracts alike.”

“This company allows you to concentrated on what you do best, b/c you know they are the experts in what they do. Building can be a difficult process, and you hear nightmare stories, this company disproves any of that. The process with them was seamless with no surprises along the way. Communication is on point and the deliver a product in a manner that they state from the very beginning. I will continue to work them and refer with my name 100% on the line. In addition I recently had a small issue come up at the house and within 24 hours it had been fixed, and had not had issue since. I like a builder that stands by their work.”

“These guys rock! I had a low life scum walk off my project and SCOD Services stepped right in and rescued my tile floor project. They even put up with me sending Text messages at 3am (and answered them!) You will not find a better group to work with. They need a 6th star for these guys. I will be using them for more projects very soon!”
