“Dana built our custom home, from working on the design with us and the the architect (W Design - very good) for 3 months through final construction. Dana is a professional and excels at designing interior spaces, ongoing communication, and working to get things right. My deciding factor with choosing her was #1 I felt I could trust her most to shoot me straight (and just trust overall), and 2) her talent and eye for design. She delivered on both of those. She also went out of her way to make things right when things went sideways with a contractor. I would leave five stars, but there were a couple of critical missteps that I think were mostly driven by 1) a lack of field tested contractors (some were, some were not) and 2) rushing at the end to finish for the Parade of Homes. With that said, I believe Dana builds beautiful homes, is trustworthy, and is a joy to get to know and work with. And we love our home.”

“Casey was easy to work with and his wife Meredith was very helpful with floor tile, wall tile, light fixtures and paint colors. The home is beautiful and we have received many compliments on its beauty and quality from friends and visitors. I would choose Ketchum Properties again and recommend them to anyone.”

“Ted and his Decco crew just renovated my 50's Ranch style house... They were quickly responsive to all of my concerns during the build process. My concerns were few and issues remedied almost immediately. I would definitely work with Decco again! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. They combined both integrity as well as passion for delivering a unique high quality home built to last.”

“I have know Greg and Rob Hollinger for almost 15 years, and can tell you that there are a couple of attributes that make them truly a GREAT choice to build your dream house with. At Hollinger Enterprises, you get honesty, integrity, and focus second to none. I have now built twice with them, and can tell you that their team(them, their contractors, their support staff) is tremendously talented and really listen to what your vision is. They take your dream, and make it a beautiful reality. With all of this said, the most important quality I have found with them, is after your move in and for the long term future, THEY CARE and continue to make sure you are happy with their product. I would ask anyone that is looking to build a simple question...……...if you are looking for quality, honesty, beauty, and a team approach...…..you have ONLY ONE CHOICE...……...Hollinger Enterprises.”
