“Jonathan McGrath Construction completed a Kitchen Remodel that required extensive planning and a very creative approach to accomplish the goal of the project and meet my expectations. The team’s approach to the project brought new ideas and options that we had not considered. The execution of the project was per schedule for both time and cost. The resulting remodel was beyond all of our expectations. It is our feeling that a measure of success for this type of project is whether there is a real return on investment that translates into an increase in home value that offsets the cost of the project. “Brad was an excellent contractor. We choose him for his ability to be flexible with the construction materials. We wanted to choose the lighting, flooring, paint, stains, granite countertops, etc. We worked out a contract that allowed us to choose the subcontractors and the places building materials came from. Brad was attentive, he listened to our needs and desires, and built us a beautiful home.”

“Came to my home and spent time to talk about the home I want to build, Very impressive people. I intend to use their services and am currently saving pictures for them to eventually look at. I have decided on a company to sell my home since they have been here. I had a professional home inspection and am fixing the things that i need to. “This firm can do it all! They have built my home, built my commercial building and remodeled my home. Attention to detail is a priority. The remodeling project was $100,000 and we lived in the home while being done. They made sure to keep as clean as possible and it came out great!”
