In our unit they repaired our kitchen sink, re-grouted the shower, and re-enameled the tub. We are happy with the functionality and the enamel especially looks lovely. For the association, they helped troubleshoot the issue of water getting into the basement we significantly reduce the problem by replacing basement windows and correcting some gutter work.”

Whether it was coordinating with our cabinet maker or helping us choose flooring for a non-so-straight floor Mark was there to make sure things were done properly. The Lorian team took a thirty year old kitchen and turned it to a bright space where we love to cook.
Mark's team also took care of things like old wiring and even an old hornet's nest.

Throughout the remodeling process, he dealt with electrical, plumbing, framing, siding, HVAC and a few other things. We opened up our entire first floor, remodeled our kitchen, got new floors, remodeled our master bedroom and bathroom just to mention a few things done. It was a big job! and delivered on time.
There is no sugar coating he will tell you like it is and not try to up sell you on more. As soon as we made a decision, he was on it, making things happen. He is very responsive and dedicated to the job. He will answer all your questions honestly taking the time explain the process in a professional and courteous manner. The job was done within the price range expected and at a fair price. We had a great experience from begging to end. I wouldn’t hesitate on using them again.
