“Karp Associates saved our beautiful renovation. our old builder inferior work, lack of transparency put us in a troubled situation Arnold Karp and team came in and were incredible they are highly skilled builders, who work with complete transparency and the end result - a beautiful renovation I should mention there backup service after the job was completed has been exceptional I couldn't speak more highly of Karp Associates Chris & Kimberly Clarke”

“We have used Praxis/Chris for a number of years for a number of projects: from simple (tile 1/2 bath floor), to big (fundamental refresh across many sub-project: plumbing, painting, window replacement, etc,). “JBC did a complete house renovation for me in 2017. I was still living on Long Island and the house was in Westchester. Barry Cohen was always attentive to the project, my requests and would call or email me when there were issues or decisions to be made. I would check on the project weekly but Barry was in charge. He was on site regularly and supervised all aspects of the project from bathroom to kitchen renovation to roof replacement and painting. It took many months but we’ll worth the effort. I had interviewed 3 contractors prior to project initiation and Barry was the only one to actually give me a complete proposal for work to be completed. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and would recommend JBC without hesitation”

“J&M not only came in and corrected mistakes and errors of a prior contractor, but has done amazing new construction work for us as well. They asked to have our architect join us in a discussion for our addition, and together we all came up with the best plan. J&M's team went to work, beat the deadline, stayed within budget (even with a few little extras added in), and did an amazing job. They also were so respectful of our home, our yard, and the impact on our neighbors. At the end of every work day, they cleaned up the construction site and took the trash taken away - they treated our home as if it were theirs. Everyone on their team was all so polite and respectful. I would recommend them to everyone in Fairfield County.”

“We hired CMG to handle an extensive interior renovation and a conversion of an outbuilding at our home in Greenwich, CT. The project involved a complete redesign of the downstairs living space and upstairs master suite, including new bathrooms. We are 100% thrilled with the results! The work is of the highest quality, and Salvatore is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and dedicated. He worked hard to solve many tricky issues, took time to discuss everything with us, and always went above and beyond. The care he took over even the smallest details blew us away. The process with CMG is detailed and transparent, with accurate estimates presented up front so there are no budget surprises. The crew is kind and professional. Salvatore is a gem, and we happily recommend him.”

“Mike designed and installed a beautiful set of bookshelves and mantle piece in his first job, the work was both meticulous and unique. This work gave me confidence to hire him a few years later to extend and redesign my dining room and finish my basement. Once again, the work was impeccable. I have consulted with Mike many times over the years - most recently on a expensive bathroom renovation where his expertise and "eye" for details led to a great result. I highly recommend Mike's work.”
