The time and attention that went into the pre-construction meetings to establish exactly what we wanted went above and beyond what we expected. The whole process was truly enjoyable. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional and willing to help us achieve our dream home. When we had several things we wanted to modify, Scott worked with us and helped us achieve exactly what we were looking for. There was never any pressure or feeling that we had to agree to anything we didn't like or want. It was refreshing to have the Infinity team truly listen to what we wanted and needed in a new home and the final product is amazing! We had built before, and our past experience didn't even come close to how easily this process went. The attention to detail and quality were very impressive. “We having been working with Nest to design our new home for 8 weeks and it's been a seamless process thus far. After our very first conversation with Dan, he had such great insight as to what we were going for that he was able to find us the perfect home plans by the end of the phone call. We have worked intimately with Dan through all of the details of planning our home and he has been accessible and open to all of our ideas. Alex drafted our plans from scratch based on the inspiration home found and is not only creative but passionate and personable as well. This whole process is easier than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend working with Nest to build an affordable home in a short window of time. Nest is a company who is driven by a cutting-edge model of custom home building. “We are building a new custom home with Jim Thomas. The house is almost complete and so far we have had no complaints. Many builders are hard to reach personally and take a long time to return calls. However, with Jim this is NOT the case. He's very reachable and returns my calls in a timely manner. He gave me his personal cell number and returns my texts and calls personally. He's been very patient with all my concerns and questions. He built 3 other homes on the same street and the work is beautiful (from the outside). Again, we are not finished but hope and believe that we will still be as happy with the finished product. Started project in Sept/Oct of 2015”

“I purchased my Weaver Home in a new development called Scenic Ridge. I can't recommend them enough. The office staff are fantastic. The project manager for my home was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I absolutely love all aspects of my new patio home. I had moved to PA because I was having a home built by another builder. That builder kept giving excuses as to why my home wasn't completed. After almost two years, I had to get a lawyer and back out of the contract. I no longer trusted them. I hired a realtor who took me to Scenic Ridge and I fell in love and immediately purchased my new home. From start to finish, I was in my new home in five months. I highly recommend them. They are family.”
