“Fine Remodel transformed my basement walkout and patio into a showplace while also resolving issues I had with drainage and water collecting near my home's foundation. They installed a remotely located French drain and remodeled my patio with paving stones to create a work of art. Their crew was courteous and always cleaned up after the days work, keeping the work area safe for my family and looking neat. The work was performed within budget and on schedule, while giving me advance notice of what work was being performed, and when. They have my highest recommendation. Glen Hawkins”

I was the Owner on each of these projects as well as the Architect. As an Architect with over thirty years of experience I am most particular concerning the quality of the people who I select to represent me on these type projects and I have never once had any reason to question Jared's competence, knowledge of the marketplace, relationship with his subcontractors or his ability to communicate effectively with all the regulatory players who are involved in the building process here in Summit County. “I purchased the two-bedroom unit right as COVID was hitting in February 2020 and definitely hit some snags due to the pandemic. The installation did take longer; however, the unit has been fully operational for a year now, and we love it. We were going to use it as a short-term rental and ended up renting it out on a year-long lease. Great opportunity for side income.”

“C|C Builders did my entire home remodel. I am so pleased with the end result and quality! My house before had never been fixed up since it was built in the 1950s. C|C Builders not only updated things like the electrical and plumbing, but made my home beautiful with an opened up kitchen, redoing the bathrooms, and refinishing the hardwood floors. The pictures are a before and after of my kitchen!”
