“My wife and I worked with Riverview Builders to build a new home while planning our wedding at the same time. Initially we visited and talked to 3 different builders in the southwest suburbs of Chicago as we needed to choose a builder who could partner with us during this extremely busy time in our lives. I cannot say enough of at how professional Riverview Builders were as they answered all of our initial questions in a timely and detailed manner and ultimately won us over. We did not regret that decision at all during the home building process as when decisions needed to be made regarding the house they took our input and incorporated the feedback to make it a reality. In addition, they also made excellent recommendations to help identify potential changes that other builders might have overlooked. Once construction began Riverview Builders did a superb job of keeping us up to date with the progress of the house and we were super excited to move into the home after construction was completed 1 month earlier than promised.”

During construction, Steve was incredibly responsive, oversaw every detail, inspired and encouraged creative ideas, and was always positve; he never cracked under the pressure we put on him. Steve's wife, Susan, was especially helpful in filtering for us the abundance of design choices and selections that go into a custom home. We could not have devoted the time to the selection and design process without Susan's tireless assistance and artistic input. “Working with Dominic and LivModern was a pleasure from beginning to end. We initially found Dominic through another California-like, clean, and modern house he built. Besides his aesthetic, it was also his statement that he would build our home just like he would build one for himself…that is a very different perspective than most builders, and really resonated with us. He truly cares about the details as if it was his own house. Not just the visible features, but the mechanicals and the detail behind the walls and under the floors. He limits the number of simultaneous projects so he and his team really focused on our home. Our trust in Dominic was well-placed and in the end, he built us a wonderful home on which we are complimented constantly. We also left other aspects of the home building process and design in Dominic’s hands - he handled all of our landscaping design, designed our pool and deck, and our driveway. “Rite Way created a beautiful and custom full bathroom on the first floor of our 100 year old home. The restroom was created from a useless small room in the rear of the house and is now one of the most beautiful rooms in the house. We were able to make every decision on finishes from start to finish and were extremely pleased with the end result. The work started at the height of the hottest summer on record and finished days before we returned home from the hospital with our first child. Everything was clean during the construction and the contractors were a joy to have in our home. There is not a single visitor that comes to our home that isn't overly impressed with the way the room turned out and we have not had a single issue with the workmanship or quality of the room. We will continue to use Rite Way for any renovation project in home, big or small, and cannot recommend them enough!”
