“Jonathan McGrath Construction completed a Kitchen Remodel that required extensive planning and a very creative approach to accomplish the goal of the project and meet my expectations. The team’s approach to the project brought new ideas and options that we had not considered. The execution of the project was per schedule for both time and cost. The resulting remodel was beyond all of our expectations. It is our feeling that a measure of success for this type of project is whether there is a real return on investment that translates into an increase in home value that offsets the cost of the project. We feel that this remodel has actually increased our home value more than the cost because of the unique approaches and exceptional execution! “Did a full flooring replacement, full paint, all new indoor and out door lighting. Replaced all baseboards and door casings. Full reno on both spar bathrooms top to bottom! Was done in 10 days! Great customer service and followed up quick!”

“Brad was an excellent contractor. We choose him for his ability to be flexible with the construction materials. We wanted to choose the lighting, flooring, paint, stains, granite countertops, etc. We worked out a contract that allowed us to choose the subcontractors and the places building materials came from. Brad was attentive, he listened to our needs and desires, and built us a beautiful home.”

“Tolaris Homes built our custom home on a lot that we owned. Rick Bavec (president) personally acted as superintendent. Through conception, design and construction he was always accommodating and fair in his dealings with us and with his fine group of subcontractors. Our project was completed substantially on budget and on time. Tolaris has also been helpful since we took ownership. They have provided useful advice and assistance in dealing with the minor issues that have arisen. We got to know Rick and his wife Sherrie fairly well during the 15 months of design and construction and now consider them friends. When you can say that about someone with whom you've had a fairly large business deal I think it's a good indicator of the character of the people.”
