“We completed a large remodeling project with Highland Builders, and we truly have nothing but great things to say about the experience. Highland was consistently on time, on budget,and full of great ideas and solutions from the beginning design phase all the way through the construction process. On many occasions they went above and beyond our expectations, being 'on call' for many months and always coming through immediately in any situation. All of their subcontractors were excellent; their professionalism and quality of work were outstanding, and they became like family for the many months they worked in our home. We would recommend Highland to anyone without hesitation.”

“I can't say enough good things about Perthel Homes. We have lived in 2 homes built by Perthel Homes. They did a custom build for our 2nd home with them. In addition to getting a home that was extremely well built and a good value for the money, what I liked the most were a few things. They were very transparent on their costs and expenses, and their customer service and responsiveness was outstanding. In order to accommodate our schedule, we had meetings and walkthroughs at all times of the day and night, as well as weekends. When resolving issues, nothing seemed to be a problem. Everything that that came up was dealt with quickly and fairly. My experience with them was just terrific. They made the daunting task of building a custom home a whole lot more manageable. We couldn't be happier.”

“Our remodeling experience with Bayer Homes, Inc. went beyond our expectations, from design work through the finished product. Our contract included the remodel of our kitchen, two bathrooms, and laundry room which was finished within the estimated timeline and budget. Rick and Bob were great to work with. In addition to their expertise, they demonstrated integrity and respect for the customer. The workmanship of the subcontractors was top quality from the start to the finish. We would not hesitate to recommend Bayer Homes, Inc. to anyone that is looking to remodel or build a home.”

“JFK painted our bathroom, kitchen and family room. They also put in some new cabinets in my family room and some granite counters in my kitchen. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of their work and the price I paid. “Lakeside Landscape helped us remodel a 1950's house. We were very pleased with their work, both in design and quality of workmanship. They completely remodeled the kitchen and master bath, designed and built a large closet- dressing room, removing many tiny closets and an out of date ubath to do so. We were able to live in the house during the remodeling, so were on-site a great deal of the time. Their sub-contractors did excellent work. We have now lived in the house for approximately three years, and are very happy with it.”

“We decided to build with TOH based on their attention to detail and quality of construction. We were astonished at how fast our house was built (about 90 days) and how organized the process was.When they told us something was going to be done in a given week it was done.The whole process was NOT stressful and we liked that we didn't need to pick out the piddly things like light switches and exact fixtures. We simply went to their showroom and picked out EVERYTHING, however if we wanted to use our own ceiling fans we had on hand we could We continue to be impressed with their home warranty care now that we have lived here almost three years. I noticed a very minor scratch/blemish in a bathtub and they sent a vendor out to buff it out that same week. (This was well after our "1 year warrant" had expired and I was simply inquiring about who would be able to fix it and TOH insisted on fixing it for us :) Thank you so much to Tim Obrien Homes for helping us achieve our dream home and keeping in touch years later! These guys aren't going anywhere!!”
