“I hired Joe Roberts and Associates to do some much needed outside repairs, solve a major drainage problem, and create a patio and retaining wall to expand our outdoor living space. I am delighted with the results! Water drainage is no longer a problem, thanks to some very creative and attractive solutions. New chimneys were rebuilt to match existing brickwork. A crumbling retaining wall and outdated patio was reconfigured and has become our favorite place to enjoy the family. Joe listened to what I wanted and then worked out a design that was beyond my expectations, all with attention to details that I love. All work was handled professionally and promptly by Joe and his team.”

“I confidently would 100000/10 recommend. The team is intelligent and I was very impressed with the work, even two years on down the road (our house still looks brand new, owning dogs and hosting gatherings). Keen does not charge an arm and a leg for the quality of work they produce. Call them for a custom or a remodel/renovation”

“It has been a pleasure working with CarBon Custom Homes on our sunroom project. After viewing photos on Houzz for inspiration. CarBon Custom Homes was able to transform our kitchen bay window area and unused brick patio into a eye popping, jaw dropping sunroom of our dreams. Chad Bonds was able to bring the project in within budget while John Carlson and his crew of professional craftsman were able to make our vision a reality. Not only did we get a gorgeous sunroom but also two small patios where we can view our garden and the wild life that has been drawn to it. We highly recommend CarBon Custom Homes to anyone thinking of doing a home renovation and we would definitely use them again. The project took longer than anticipated but it was well worth the wait.”

“Stirling group did an amazing job on our craftsman bungalow renovation. We added a second story and moved the kitchen and Stirling insisted on perfection through every step. They utilized salvaged doors, hardware and floors in addition to exacting matching all of our old trim. No other contractors insist on this high of a level of workmanship.”

“I had the pleasure of owning a Vicus built home in 2011 for over 5 years and really enjoyed the experience. Although the home was nearing completion Vicus worked with me on several custom features that I requested and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the final product. From the minute I walked through the front door I knew that I was in a quality home - from the keen eye to details - to paint colors - to finishes - to lighting - Vicus never skimped. In the time that I owned the home I had very small issues and Craig was always timely with his responding to me and following through on a resolution. I would highly recommend Vicus - their products are top notch - their ideas are innovative and their homes are solidly built. Bravo!”
