“I would absolutely recommend anyone to build with them in the future. They built a very upscale home for my clients when they were having difficulty finding the right home. They worked very well with my clients throughout the process in some instances going above and beyond. Their quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail is fantastic! I have no reservations about referring anyone to them and they will be my first choice to refer any clients to that are interested in building in the future and in fact should I decide to build again they would be my choice also. My clients were extremely happy with their home and in the end, were extremely happy with me for referring them! In summary, they built a high quality home without cutting corners - I recommend them highly and without reservation!”

“Peter and his team designed and built a beautiful forever home for us. He was willing to offer suggestions, but was always more interested in what we wanted. His process with us was not what I would consider fast, but "right" was much more important to us. I hope to live here the rest of my days. I guess my highest praise would be that I recommended my son and daughter-in-law have Peter design and build their next home.”

“Mark Ange built my home like it was his house. The attention to detail was remarkable ! Always on site and always available when called upon. The workmanship was top notch. Every tradesman was A +. No cutting corners !!!!! I own my own underground construction Co. we do work for ATT , First Energy and Time warner Cable. So I know a little bit about the construction projects. The one thing I can say about Mark is that he is a man of integrity . The Michael Jordan of builders. Rocco Dolciato”

“We hired ProBuilt Homes to build our new home in Willoughby, Ohio and we're not only ecstatic with the finished result, we couldn't have been more pleased with the entire building process.The ProBuilt staff was always responsive and courteous, happy to answer our questions and address any concerns. On the rare occasion that there was miscommunication or something wouldn't work the way we originally planned, ProBuilt was eager to problem solve and correct the issue at no additional cost to us. This was the second home I had built and I was fearful of the building process because of my past experience with another builder. We interviewed several builders and when me met Pat and his project team we knew he was the right builder for us. Our project went well, we completed on time, and in 6 years we have had no problems with our wonderful home thanks to Pat and his team of professionals.”

The way John handled our initial meeting—the one I brought a 3” binder stuffed with years of “ ideas” to—was a great way to begin a relationship. He was open to my ideas and was able to show us how he could put my vision into one of his homes. His creativity and fondness for unique features appealed to my design background; and my husband appreciated his direct approach and “what he was able to deliver for the price”. John and his team’s field experience and subcontractor relationships made the process simple and they stayed on schedule. John’s attention to detail, focus on aesthetics and his overall vision for the space produced a stunning and beautiful home. It is highly functional and reflects our lifestyle.
