“The first day we met with the Cypress team to discuss the home building experience we were impressed. We felt that we were allowed to discuss options and go with what was best for us. However, the Cypress team gave us valuable input into aspects of the building process that we were not privy to nor did we previously discuss. Perhaps a workshop on the home building process would be a good marketing strategy? We will look to build in the near future with Cypress.”

“Very pleased as Gene, Gina, Les and the crew were courteous,professional. They did some structural restoration work on my Barn giving it new life. The crew poured footings, added 17 white oak 6x6 posts, leveled the structure and reinforced the timber framing. Thanks for a great job!”

“We were looking for a contractor to finish our basement. Virtue Homes was highly recommended to us by others in our neighborhood. Gerald was easy to work with from the start and provided the budget and timeline detail we were looking for. His crew was open to changes that we made mid-project and they let us know immediately if any of the work exceeded the original budget. What we liked most about Virtue Homes is that they paid attention to the details we had in the other areas of our house and extended that into the basement. Now, the lower level space is an extension of our house and not just "the basement". At the end of the project, the inspector came through and said, "This basement is very well done". We would highly recommend Virtue Homes due their organization, attention to detail, prompt communication throughout the entire building process and their transparency with the budget vs. actual expenses.”

“We chose Gryboski Builders for a major basement remodel project and have been very satisfied with their flexible and creative approach to providing what we were looking for. They are easy to work with and offered us many options for the various features we were incorporating, such as stone fire place, bathroom, glass dividing wall, full bar, and entertainment room. During the design phase, it was nice to get practical feedback and direction on our ideas from an experienced builder! They do great quality work and I would recommend them to anyone!”

“Joel was the builder of our home. We purchased our home after the Spring showcase. We loved the craftmanship and rich details of our home but needed to make a few changes. He made a few changes to doorways and woodwork for us, and added a tub to the master bath. We then hired him back the following summer to finish our basement. He was so easy to work with but best of all conscientious about quality and budget. He is a perfect blend of creativity and engineering skills. His attention to details add an unusual element. He is great at adding architectural details that make your home personal. He has been readily available for questions and support after the build. Good customer service.”

“Lloyd and Ben are old school builders that do the majority of the work themselves. I have designed several residences for clients that chose the Vosters to be their contractor. I was most impressed with their (do it right the first time) philosophy. Certainly their strength is in finish carpentry. They build all the cabinetry from scratch. I have had them do work at my own home, and would highly recommend them for your next project”
