“My wife and I knew that building our dream home might be the most significant financial decision we ever make, and choosing the builder for that home would be one of, if not the most important part. Out of the thousands of decisions we had to make during the process, I can honestly say that choosing to work with Ryan Miller Builders was the best one. When our family moved back to Greenville from Chicago, we bought a home that Ryan had built for another client and lived there for 3 years, so I knew the quality was there. It wasn’t until we decided to work with him, however, that I truly understood why friends who had used him were so enthusiastic about their experience. Ryan, Kenny and the rest of the team continually worked to exceed our expectations. Ryan is very honest, level headed (even when I may not have been), and very transparent with the process making him easy to work with and to trust. Space was limited with a sloped roof to contend with…Pete designed a plan that worked despite having limited space…Pete’s team handled construction, plumbing, electrical, purchasing, and inspection / clean-up…The crew could not have been more courteous / polite / accommodating.”

“We hired Carson Speer Builders to contract the remodel of our home. From personal experience, I have a long list of contractors not to use, and a short list of contractors that I would use again. I would categorize Carson Speer Builders in the group that I would use again. They do great work, they show up when they say they will. and they return calls in a timely manner. “I hired Ridgeline to do a complete buildout of a commercial property for use as a restaurant. To my knowledge, Ridgeline had no prior experience with such a project, but they couldn't have been more professional and competent. Ray Foral, one of the principals, obviously takes great personal pride in every job he does. “Evergreen Custom Construction did an exceptional job on our home. Doug Oles the owner personally supervised every aspect of the work to make certain it was completed in a flawless and timely manner. There was never a day that this project was ongoing that we did not witness him outside of our home checking the work in progress.He has an exceptional eye for detail and design. His team were all very professional and courteous. Anytime anyone asks about our contractor we always say to use Evergreen Custom Construction. We are so extremely happy with the finished product. It brings a sense of pride when we get compliments on our home now which we do often. We are fortunate that we chose Evergreen Custom Construction because the owner, Doug Oles, is extremely virtuous and has great integrity. “Building a new home is potentially a very trying experience. This was our 3rd home to build and one of the best experiences we have ever encountered. The team at J. Francis Builders became our extended family. They listened, they understood what we wanted and most importantly they viewed every dollar spent as if it was their own. We worked together as a team in every aspect of the project, using organized project plans and tools to keep us all informed. They also worked very hard to assure we met our original time table. Toward the end of the process when we found out we would be unable to extend our temporary living arrangements, they found a way to get additional resources and got the home in shape so we could move in earlier than planned. The final product is a beautiful high-quality home exactly as we anticipated. Truly, a great experience with a great team.”
