“I've used J White Developments for a number of years. The projects have been varied in size and type but have always been done well and at a reasonable cost. The owner, Josh, has an extensive understanding of the building trade and has been able to advise and recommend solutions for every problem I have given him. He has always kept me informed on costs and timings and comes in on budget unless we agree changes. When he has used sub-contractors he has always overseen their work to make sure it is up to standard. Examples of larger projects: Lifting and re-laying the stone terrace around the property. Replacing a drain that regularly overflowed with a larger capacity one and redesigning soak-away Smaller project examples: Renovating wooden floors, replacing and installing lights for pictures, repairing garden lighting, perimeter fence repairs.”

“Corella made our dream project a reality. They built us a 3 bay ‘old’ oak barn from reclaimed materials and used traditional methods to build it. The barn is an object of such beauty (it has the ‘wow’ factor that we wanted) and not only will it be in daily use, it will also stand for hundred of years as a testament to the talented team which built it. We found Corella to be an extremely capable team, applying the same professional dedication and high quality workmanship to every job. Their customer service is second to none – costs are transparent and options are discussed throughout the work, whether that’s on a small or large build or restoration. They made us feel a part of the team and the workmanship is excellent so we would highly recommend them.”

“I would like to recommend Mark and Ktirio for any construction ideas that you may have in mind. I just had a full house renovation and a large single storey rear extension done by Mark and his team. Mark is honest, trustworthy and a man of his word. From the first meeting till now, he delivered the project to the highest specification and timescale that he promised. His team has always been very considerate with the neighbours and no concerns have been raised. “Inspiral have now delivered two projects for us and on both occasions the quality of service has been simply outstanding. The latest project was turning a bedroom into a bathroom and turning the bathroom into a study/gaming room. This was a highly complex project that required brilliant project management as well as highly skilled professionals including plumbers, electricians, tilers, decorators etc. The quality of service and professional capability was of the highest possible standard and I could not recommend Inspiral highly enough. “This project involved the building of two contemporary high specification houses with a square area totalling more than 400 meters. The project commenced in January 2015 and concluded early 2016. The main positive features of Dell Developments include high quality finishes, attention to detail, interpretation of complex designs, flexibility to deal with customer, NHBC and Building Control requirements, snag resolution (remarkably few of these) communication and integrity. The reason for a four star rather than five is the project overrun. This was a large project for Dell at the time, they initially under resourced the project which meant that the wet winter of 2015 exacerbated the overrun. The only other feedback would be to get professional cleaners to finish the houses before handover.”
