“4G took our wooded lot and made it into more than we ever expected! After moving into the Mooresville, NC area and trying to find that "perfect house" we were at a loss. It wasn't until buying a lot in Falls Cove and meeting with Sam Gandy that we started to think that finally we may have found our answer! We moved into our new home on April 11, 2014 and finally we have our "perfect house". 4G is extremely professional but also make you feel like part of their extended family. They never leave questions or concerns unanswered. They made sure I got what I wanted and always made sure I was happy with every phase of the construction. They made our part very simple it was in no way overwhelming and even let me send them pictures from Pintrest and other websites when I had ideas! Sam and or Quinton were on my job site daily to make sure the progression of my house was where it needed to be. I love my home and I am thankful everyday that I get to live here. I am 1000% happy that we were fortunate enough to get 4G to build our home. It was a fun experience getting to build this house and would always recommend them to any family or friend looking to build their "perfect house".”

“Fleur de Lis Construction did a fantastic job converting my old dungy attached garage into a beautiful new kitchen, dining room, pantry and mud room. They also expanded my laundry room creating a much more functional home. Their work was top notch, kept on budget and the timeline. My wife and I are very pleased with our new space. If you are looking for a skilled honest contractor for a major remodel or complete home build I would not hesitate recommending Keith DiPascal with Fleur de Lis Construction. “Rudy and Carla Padron came highly recommended for a moderate kitchen redo we had planned, consisting of new countertops, backsplash and appliances. Our home is over 50 years years old and required a little more attention, like some light carpentry work to make the new wall oven fit, etc. Rudy is a perfectionist and went above and beyond what we expected for this project.”

“I had the pleasure of owning a Vicus built home in 2011 for over 5 years and really enjoyed the experience. Although the home was nearing completion Vicus worked with me on several custom features that I requested and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the final product. From the minute I walked through the front door I knew that I was in a quality home - from the keen eye to details - to paint colors - to finishes - to lighting - Vicus never skimped. In the time that I owned the home I had very small issues and Craig was always timely with his responding to me and following through on a resolution.
