“Sun Bay builders did a major remodel to our home in St Petersburg, FL. This included expanding our kitchen, adding a new bathroom and remodeling two others. They enclosed our porch and we now have a wonderful area to entertain outside. We worked closely with them to have tile choices, paint colors, bathroom fixtures, lighting, and new appliances selected and delivered to keep the project moving forward. They answered all of our questions and concerns . They were very reliable and consummate professionals.”

“In June of 2011, our 86 year old home was flooded from the top down in a surprise storm. We chose the wrong day to get a new roof! For four hours the sky dumped water into our house. The plaster ceilings were falling before the rain even stopped. Jay Fechtel and his amazing team were hired to put our house back together. It is far better than it ever was before. Their wise counsel provided guidance to renovate and improve the house. It looks amazing inside and out and is so much more functional and efficient. We are very thankful for their expertise and comforted, despite the loss of many of our personal belongings in the flood, that our house was preserved as a home and investment with great returns. We have a great many pictures of the flood and building/addition process but the project will not be complete till the end of July. Will happily provide pictures upon completion.”

“I hired Kain Contracting in July 2015 to remodel the second floor of our home by adding a loft for our kids to hang out in. I discussed the ideas we had with one of Kain's employee Daniel C and the finished product was exactly what we were looking for. “Byron and Justin did a fantastic job of a total renovation of our beachfront family condo. This is a shared property by 3 families....we are all out-of-state (OH/IL/CT). They were good at communicating with us throughout the project even though we were only on site a few times during the process. They listened carefully to our needs and made great design and product recommendations. This had been our parents condo and had not been updated since the late 1970's. To say it was a time capsule is an understatement. Although it was impossible to increase the size, they did an unbelievable job of making the space feel much larger by removing walls. Gave us ceiling lights and fans, which other contractors had told us was impossible. And, they increased our storage space, allowing each family their own personal storage space in an eye pleasing cabinetry and built-ins. I only wish we had taken before and after shots. In the year since the project was completed, each family has spent a few months living in the space. The transformation is amazing and all three families are more than pleased. Would HIGHLY recommend Phoenix Builders of West Florida to anyone doing a small or large project!”

“I hired Bennett Building & Development to tear out the side railing of the main staircase inside my home and replace it with something more stylish and durable. The work went smoothly...only took a couple of days. Each day, the entire area was cleaned up and I was consulted throughout the project to make sure it was looking the way I wanted. The work was beautifully done, and Nick and Gwen Bennett were very professional, friendly, easy to communicate with...and very careful about my dogs! This is a good company.”
